The last toy in the new LELO line that I’m reviewing is the LELO Insignia Tiani. This couples vibe is meant to be a dual stimulator that you can wear solo, or during sex. Tiani comes in a black LELO gift box, along with a 1 year warranty, user manual, charger, remote, batteries for the remote, a sample packet of LELO’s personal moisturizer lubricant, LELO Insignia brooch and satin storage pouch. Tiani, like the other toys in the new wireless line from LELO, is waterproof, made of quality silicone with a smooth matte finish and metallic colored ABS plastic. The toy plays best with water-based lubricant, and since it’s waterproof it is bathtub and shower friendly. Tiani is small, and fits in the palm of your hand. It looks a little like a slim V shape, with both arms of the toy being silicone, and the small band around the front arm being ABS plastic. This metallic colored ABS plastic area is where you open the toy for charging. You simply grasp the silver colored band, and twist the top arm of the Tiani, it will open to show a charging port. Plug the charger in and give it a few good hours charge until it’s ready for action. Once you place the cap back on the toy and twist it tightly until the cap is lined up and back in place, the toy is ready to use, and the seal charging port will keep water out of the charging input. You could get lube trapped around the seam though, so be sure to clean the area carefully and thoroughly between uses. Cleaning Tiani is pretty easy, just wash it under the faucet using anti-bacterial soap and water, or use your favorite toy cleanser, and then dry the toy with a lint free cloth.

Tiani’s remote requires 2 AAA batteries, and features a smooth round body, with a ABS metallic silver disc that turns to open/close for you to insert batteries into the charger. Thats one bummer, I was hoping the remote would be rechargeable, but the remote does come with batteries so you’re able to use it right away. It comes with a remote turn key that you can slide into the toy of the lid and turn to open the toy, but I opened the lid just fine using my hand. The other side of the remote is smooth and matte silicone and it features the control buttons: _ , power button, and +. Before you use the remote to power the toy, you need to sync the wireless connection between the Tiani and the remote. To do this, press and hold the wireless button on Tiani ( it looks like ((o)) and it will blink once you press it) and then press the + button on the remote. Once the connection is made, both buttons should blink and the toy will begin to vibrate. It’s now in SenseMotion mode, which means if you move the remote up and down at different angles it will change the vibration intensity on the toy (as well as the remote, the remote vibrates to let you know what your lover is feeling on the receiving end of the Tiani). The toy also has another SenseMotion mode, that allows you to shake or swirl the remote to change intensity of the toy. If you’d rather not use the SenseMotion technology, you cna use the toy in manual mode and press the buttons to choose a vibration speed/mode. To get into Manual Mode, turn the toy on by pressing the wireless button on Tiani, and instead of pressing + on the remote, press and hold the middle power button on the remote. From there, you can browse different vibraiton patterns by pressing the middle power button, or make the vibration higher or lower by pressing the -/+ buttons. Press and hold the middle power button for a few seconds when you’re in Manual mode, and this should create a blinking light on the remote and will shut the vibration off on Tiani’s remote so that only the toy will vibrate rather than the toy and the remote.

The Tiani comes in Black or Deep Rose, the flash on my camera is making the color much brighter pink than it really is. It’s much more fuschia with purple under tones in person. The toy is a bit buzzy and louder than my older LELO toy models, the vibration intensity is nice, but not super powerful. I noticed that the remote does lose connection with the wireless Tiani vibe from time to time, which can be tedious, though the remote does seem to work up to 12 meters from the toy as long as the wireless button is in direct path to it. You could let your lover control this while you’re wearing it from across the room, or you could use the toy in Manual mode, set a specific vibration setting and then have couples sex, with the remote near by you could pick it up and press buttons when you ant to change the speed or vibrating pattern. Tiani is a wearable vibrator, with one arm worn inside of the vagina, and the other arm worn outside and positioned against the vulva and clit. The slim size is supposed to make it ideal for couples to still have penetrative intercourse without the toy getting in the way. This toy is definitely more of a clit toy though, as the toy doesn’t vibrate in both arms, it vibrates in the larger arm which is to be worn externally against the clit/vulva, while the smaller arm that is used internally doesn’t vibrate. The arm holds the toy in place, and you can feel a little vibration that travels through the silicone from the external clit vibrations. I like the technology and fun idea behind the Tiani, and the pretty design looks nice and modern. While Tiani isn’t my favorite toy, I’m really glad that I got the chance to review it so that I have now tried the entire LELO Insignia with SenseMotion line.

Couples. Sex toys. Couples and Sex toys! I really like that a lot more couples are using sex toys these days. I know a lot of people that still think a vibrator is supposed to be a substitute for “the real thing” – but I highly disagree. Sex toys are meant for pleasure, whether used solo or with a lover. They are meant to make a partner feel inadequate – it’s not sex toys vs. genitalia. It’s sex toys + genitalia. There are people who doesn’t seem to “get” the concept, sadly, but for those who do, it’s an exciting thing. I was recently introduced to a cool new couples vibe that just debuted on the sex toy market called Fixsation. With the new found demand for couples toys, what makes this toy so unique? Well, it’s not a penetrative sex toy. It’s not a dual stimulator. It’s a strap-on clit vibe that works in tandem with penetrative sex! Penetrative sex is awesome, right, so why add a vibrator? Why not! A lot of women like added clitoral stimulation during vaginal sex, and theres no shame in that, considering the clit is a larger sex organ than it seems. The clit and the inner legs of the clit extend through to the vagina, so when stimulated along with thrusting, it can make for a fantastically yummy orgasm. A large number of women don’t climax during vaginal sex, which to me, is pretty much unacceptable. If something doesn’t work for you during penetrative sex, change it, or add something to the deed that does work for you. So if clitoral stimulation works for you, add the Fixsation! Hold up though, let me finish my review first!

So how does the product work? Well, the Fixsation Couples Vibrator, consists of two parts. The vibrator, and the panty companion. The little clit vibe is discreet and fits in the palm of your hand, it’s made of body-safe ABS plastic and a smooth PU coating. Both phthalates free, and water-based lubricant compatible. It requires no batteries, and is fully rechargeable. It comes with user instructions as well as a storage pouch and charger. It can be cleaned with toy cleaner, anti-bacterial soap and water, or wiped down with a solution of 90% water to 10% alcohol. It’s water resistant and features a charging port on the toy that has a PU plug to cover the charger port when not being charged. The crotch-less panty companion is made of a black stretch lacy material thats both polyester and nylon, and it comes in sizes S-XXL which fits up to a size 20 dress size. It offers a nice stretch to it, so it would probably fit a little larger as well. The panty companion consists of a waistband, and nylon straps (similar to a bra strap) that hang from the companion a little like a garterbelt. It can be hand washed between uses with a mild detergent. The nylon straps have a plastic clasp attached at the top when the strap meets the panty companion. You can undo the strap from the clasp (similar to a plastic bra clasp) and then string the vibrator through on each side. The clit vibe is rounded and slightly raised upward where it has a small ribbed area, the back of the toy is smooth with small ribs also (the ribs on top can offer the male added stimulation while the ribs on the back can add to the clitoral stimulation), with the charging port covered by the charging plug is on the bottom while the top of the vibe is smooth. The sides of the vibe features a groove that is is open in the middle and closed near the top and bottom, this creates a slidable path for the nylon strap to lace through. Once the straps are laced through on both sides, you can clasp the end of the strap back onto the panty companion. This secures the vibrator to the companion, and then you can adjust where the vibe sits on your vulva/clit.

The toy is pretty cute, pretty discreet, it’s not a huge vibrator thats going to be nudging in your way while you try and have sex. The toy is small enough ti sit against your clit, and the panty companion straps make it easy to adjust the toy to sit on your clit just where you want it. Since not all womens vulvas and clits are shaped the same, this allows for you to sit the vibrator against your clit, leaving your vaginal opening uncovered and ready for penetration. The toy features an easy to use button that turns the toy on, off, and allows you to browse through the different vibration settings. The button features an LED light that indicates the toy in use as you press the button. The button is seamless and is easy to press. The toy has three speeds that range from low to moderate. The toy vibrates very very quietly, which is a plus! To browse through the modes just press the button. To turn the toy off, press and hold for a few seconds. The vibrations are nice, not powerhouse strong, but not too wimpy. The vibration intensity is not meant to get you off alone…this is a couples vibe. It’s an add on to partner sex, which means the people at Fixsation want you to enjoy your partner and get off with them not to get off from the toy. The toy is only an added sensation to enhance the sensation of penetration. The vibration is not supposed to be distracting, it’s not supposed to be the main course of sex, just a tasty side dish to the meal That being said, the vibrations are still very nice as an add-on. I like the discreet design of the panty companion and the vibe, as it’s even more discreet than a pair of crotchless panties, and even more comfortable. You could use this toy in a variety of positions, including girl on top, doggy style, and even missionary. The detailed ribs on the front of the Fixsation can add stimulation to the man when he’s on top as well, so that your partner can feel vibration also.

This couples toy is cute! It’s the first strap-on clit vibe that I’ve seen thats specifically marketed for couples. The design is discreet, lightweight, and easy to use. The toy can vibrate up to 2 hours each time it’s fully charged, the slightly contoured body of the toy is meant to fit a woman’s body, and the toy also comes with a 1 year warranty. If you have a larger/fuller outer labia, your clit might be pushed back further, but as your legs are spread for penetration I would think you could still situate the toy against your clit. I also like that the toy isn’t super obvious. You could keep it in your dresser drawer and it wouldn’t’ call much attention to it. The panty companion is lightweight and breathable, and only covers a band at your waist. I was worried that the panty companion would be distracting or look like panties during sex, but it’s very discreet and takes up less room than a garter belt even would. The vibrations are quiet, which means you could definitely use this even with guests staying at your house in another room. It’s also discreet enough that you could wear it under a skirt or dress if you wanted to use it solo as a pair of vibrating undies or even wear it out on a date with your partner so that after a fun night out you can have an impromptu quickie without having to fluster about putting the toy on before getting down and dirty. I could also see two women using this toy together, one woman could wear the toy, while the other grinds up against the outer clitoral stimulator. I like any toy that brings a couple closer together or adds to a couples sensations, so this toy is a winner in my book. I also had so much fun checking out the vibration patterns, I think a lot of people will enjoy the choice of finding a favorite pattern. The high speed is definitely an improvement, I enjoy the intense vibration, though it may be too intense for some, especially with it pressing against your partner’s shaft, so it probably will depend on what works best for both you and your partner. Too much vibration can desensitize the area, which definitely isn’t what you want to be doing here, so it’s something you really should experiment with to find the perfect vibration setting for you both.
