Actually, I had the same problem with a stuck battery. I had a really hard time taking the stock ones out and when I slipped the new ones in, it got stuck and I just can’t take it off.
I’ll drop Jimmy Jane people a line about it, but they really should look into it. Otherwise it’s a great product.

The Chroma has a 3 year limited warranty, it should have come with your Chroma, usually paper in the box or with the user manual. So sorry to hear about the battery getting stuck! That has to suck. I’ve never had this problem, nor have i heard of it from any other Chroma user. Have you tried using a small instrument to try and pry the battery out? You could try emailing Jimmyjane’s customer service and see if they have any tips for you. I sure hope you can get this solved! I’m sure with a few manual tricks, you should be able to dislodge the battery somehow, just be sure to use caution. Let me know how it goes!

I have a Little Chroma and have been enjoying it, but recently I ran into a problem: I can’t get the battery out – it’s stuck. Have you had this problem or heard of it? Do you know if the company has any warranties?
